USCIS FORM PREPARATION SERVICES $

No need to print dozens of pages. If you select any Form Preparation Service, Signature will send to your home a neatly organized package (at no extra cost) that includes:

• All the prepared USCIS Forms needed;

• Detailed but simple instructions on how to complete and mail your package to USCIS;

• Personalized cover letter addressed to USCIS;

• Table of Contents and exhibit tab separators to help you organize your evidence; and

• Mailing label with the correct USCIS mailing address to mail out your completed package.

After you receive the package from Signature, you are responsible to mail the completed and signed forms, evidence and required filing fees directly to USCIS.

In addition to everything that is included in the selected Form Preparation Service, you will also receive:

• Discounted rate on the independent Immigration Attorney’s fees;

• 30-minute phone consultation with an experienced and independent Immigration Attorney;

• 5-key-point form(s) review performed by the Attorney to confirm: you meet the eligibility requirements, look for omissions of important and necessary information, spelling errors, conflicting information and to ensure that you have the required initial evidence;

• Depending on the selected Legal Plan, the Attorney will also sign the forms as the Preparer, and will prepare and sign the personalized cover letter to USCIS.

• Change of Address | Preparation Service (while your case is pending); and

• Immigration Paralegal Support.
